Both idol dramas are scheduled to be released on May 21st.
The romantic idol youth growth drama "Falling in Love with You" , starring Liu Haocun and Wang Anyu, will be exclusively broadcast on Tencent Video starting May 28. The drama is directed by Liu Guanghui, with Fang Qiangqiang as the chief screenwriter, and Yang Liu and Mu Zixin as screenwriters.

"Falling in Love" is adapted from the novel of the same name by Erdong Rabbit, a contracted author of Jinjiang Literature City. It tells the romantic and pure love story between "sweet and cool girl who hits the ball accidentally" Xu Zhi (played by Liu Haocun) and "spoiled and arrogant king of self-conquest" Chen Luzhou (played by Wang Anyu), from the extreme pulling during the ambiguous period to the two-way rush after confirming the relationship.
The original author, Erdong Rabbit, has successfully adapted many of his works into films and TV series, such as "The Secret in the Dark" starring Chen Zheyuan and Xu Mengjie, "He Came from the Fire" starring Huang Jingyu and Zhang Jingyi, and "Three Minutes of Wild" starring Zhang Binbin and Wu Qian. Liu Haocun's last idol drama was "Off the Tracks" which aired at the end of 2023. Her performance in the drama was highly praised, especially her crying scenes.
Director Liu Guanghui was born in Taiwan, China. His representative works include "Your Name Engraved in the Heart" and "Someone". Chief screenwriter Fang Qiangqiang's representative works include "Wuxin the Monster Killer", "Once Upon a Time There Was a Spirit Sword Mountain" and "Eternal Night Star River".
Earlier, the theme song "Crush" sung by Zhou Shen for the drama was officially launched.
The Chinese drama "Open the Painting! Girls' Man" starring Shen Yue and Wang Jingxuan will be broadcast on iQiyi from May 22. The drama is directed by Zhong Qing, written by Yu Jin, Huo Beibei, and He Siyu, and also stars Zhou Yanchen, Zeng Ke Ni, Wu Yuheng, Wang Ruoshan, and Zhao Yiqin.

"Kaika! Shoujo Manga" is adapted from the Japanese manga "Monthly Shoujo Nozaki-kun". The protagonist of the story, Lu Yeqi, is a student of mathematics and a professional Shoujo manga artist.
