On May 26, the list of nominees for the 30th Shanghai TV Festival Magnolia Awards was officially announced. "Waterside Memories", "City in the City", "Song of Ordinary People", "Story of Roses", "Celebrating Yu Nian Season 2", "When Flowers Bloom in the Mountain", "My Altay", "I'm a Criminal Policeman", "Northwest Years", "People in the Alley" and other shortlisted Chinese TV series awards.
"The Story of Rose", "I am a Criminal Policeman" and "People in the Alley" each received 7 nominations, while "When Mountain Flowers Bloom" and "My Altay" received 6 nominations.
In terms of acting awards, Jin Dong (The Northwest Years), Wang Baoqiang (The Chess Player), Wang Xiao (Song of a Mortal), Yu Hewei (I Am a Detective), and Zhang Ruoyun (Joy of Life Season 2) will compete for the Best Actor award.
Liu Yifei (The Story of Rose), Ma Yili (My Altay), Song Jia (When Flowers Bloom in the Mountain), Yan Ni (People in the Alley), and Yang Zi (Elegant Beauty) will compete for the Best Actress award.
This year's Shanghai TV Festival will be held from June 23 to 27, and the major awards will be announced at the "Magnolia Blossom" awards ceremony on the evening of June 27.
